Sharing & cross-border
We share with product providers, administrators, compliance/legal advisors, IT service providers and regulators where required. Where processing occurs outside South Africa, we ensure appropriate protection.
Retention & security
Records are kept for as long as necessary for the purpose and as required by law. We apply reasonable safeguards and will notify you and the Information Regulator of material security compromises where required.
